FAQ / Frequently Asked Questions
Preguntas frecuentes
Serving individuals, attorneys, real estate professionals, escrow companies, and businesses across Los Angeles County, we provide reliable mobile notary, process server and legal field support services with same-day availability, and secure handling. Below are the most common questions we get — concise answers you can act on.

1. What areas of Los Angeles do you serve?
We cover all of Los Angeles County, including Downtown LA, Long Beach, East Los Angeles, Cerritos and surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re outside the county, contact us — we often accommodate neighboring regions for an additional travel fee.
2. What is a mobile notary, and how is it different from a notary public?
A mobile notary travels to your location (home, office, hospital, retirement facility, escrow office) to notarize documents. A stationary notary requires you to come to their office. Mobile service is ideal for busy schedules, limited mobility, or urgent signings.
We follow California notary laws and identity verification standards for every signing.
3. Which documents can you notarize?
Common notarizations we handle:
Deeds, quitclaims, grant deeds (real estate)
Power of attorney (POA)
Wills, trusts, advance healthcare directives
Loan documents and escrow signings
Affidavits, declarations, certified copies
DMV forms, passport forms (where notarization required)
We do not provide legal advice about document contents — we verify identity, witness signatures when required, and complete notarial certificates.
4. Do you offer loan signing or certified signing agent services?
Yes. We are experienced with loan signings and can act as a Signing Agent for lenders, title companies, and escrow. We use best practices to reduce signing errors and delays.
5. What is a process server, and when should I use one?
A process server legally delivers court papers (summons, complaints, subpoenas) to parties named in a lawsuit. Use a process server when you need proof-of-service for court filings, particularly if the recipient is avoiding service or lives within a different jurisdiction than you.
We provide sworn affidavits of service that are court-admissible in California.
6. How fast can you serve court papers?
We offer same-day or next-day service in many areas of Los Angeles, and can prioritize rush jobs. Exact timing depends on the recipient’s availability and address. We always provide proof of attempt and completed service paperwork.
7. How do I prepare for a mobile notary appointment?
Before the appointment:
Bring valid government ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport).
Do not sign the documents until the notary instructs you to.
If witnesses are required and you can’t find one, let us know — we can provide them for an additional fee.
Have any required supporting documents (proof of title, prior deed, etc.) ready.
8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are pre-approved. A non-refundable deposit is required for all mobile notary appointments.
9. How much do you charge?
Pricing varies by service, location, time-of-day, multiple attempts required, etc. Typical pricing components:
California notary fee per signature (if applicable)
Mobile travel/visit fee
After-hours or weekend premium
Process server fees (number of attempts requested, rush or expedited service, etc)
We provide transparent, itemized quotes before scheduling.
10. Can you notarize documents for someone who is out-of-state or a non-resident?
Yes — as long as the signer is physically present in California at the time of notarization, we can complete the notarization for them. For documents executed outside California, check with the receiving authority about legalization requirements.
11. Do you provide apostille services?
Yes, we provide apostille services and we’re available for same-day apostilles as well, for a premium fee. Contact us for a service quote.
12. What should I do if I can’t find the signer for process service?
We perform intelligent service attempts: skip-tracing, scheduled surveillance, and multiple attempts at different times/days. If service cannot be completed, we provide a detailed affidavit of due diligence.
13. Are your services secure and confidential?
Yes. We handle personally identifiable information (PII) and legal documents with strict confidentiality, secure transportation, and locked storage until delivered or returned to the client. We comply with applicable privacy expectations for notarial and legal document handling.
14. Can you notarize documents remotely (online notarization)?
California notaries cannot perform remote online notarizations (RON).
15. How do I schedule an appointment?
Call us or use our contact page. For same-day service, call for fastest response. Provide your preferred location, document type, and date/time window.
16. What identification is acceptable?
Acceptable IDs typically include:
California Driver’s License or ID Card
U.S. passport or passport card
Military ID (with photo)
Out-of-state government IDs are accepted if valid and unexpired.
17. Can you act as a witness for my signing?
Yes. We can provide a neutral witness for document signings except in situations where the notary or process server cannot act as both the notary and witness per legal conflict-of-interest rules. We’ll confirm eligibility when you book.
18. What if a document has errors after notarization?
A notarized signature is final for that document. If there’s an error, the typical remedy is to re-execute a corrected document and have it notarized. We recommend carefully reviewing documents before signing. If there is an error on the notarial certificate due to our mistake (missing date, signature, etc), we will gladly resolve the issue at no extra cost.
19. Do you handle bulk or corporate signings?
Yes — we offer scheduled bulk notarizations and corporate signing events with flexible staffing, invoicing, and recordkeeping tailored for real estate brokers, title companies, and corporate HR teams.
20. Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. We bonded and insured and are registered and compliant with California notary regulations.
